About
I’m a college graduate, a reproductive justice activist, and a democratic socialist. I’m white, from a working poor family, and live in rural New England. I’m also queer/androsexual, non-binary, genderqueer, and have an androgyne sex identity. I was on my way to being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ocd but ran out of money and could no longer see my therapist. I also suffer from chronic pain and other health problems I’d rather not go into in detail. I don’t think there is a label to describe my views on god, so suffice it to say I’m a spiritual atheist.
I’m vocal about human rights, animal rights, the economy and classism, reproductive rights/justice, art, foreign policy, LGBT issues, plural marriage for poly people, anti-racism, and general injustice but this blog will primarily be a collection of reproductive justice information, resources, and research; particularly how it intersects with the trans* community.
The name of this blog is inspired by Boston comedian Bo Burnham, but I also like the social and evolutionary instinct implications in the context of the issues this blog will emphasize. I bet you anything antichoicers will blink first.
I will allow asks, even anonymous ones. Try not to be too tangential though. I WILL publish all my hate mail, so go ahead and show your antichoice true colors. People that spew rants full of misogyny, cissexism, heterosexism, classism, racism, ableism, fatphobia, Islamobigotry, or ageism will not be taken seriously. If *I* make mistakes, I’m happy to acknowledge and correct them. Just let me know. I’m always looking for new studies, resources, news articles, and sarcastic gifs/images so feel free to send me stuff!
