So guess who was banned from posting on the Facebook page “Pro-Lifers Thanking Susan G. Komen”?

Apparently I’m quite the threat. All my truthiness was a little too much for them to handle. Honestly #FetusLobby, I’m flattered.

I didn’t screenshot my comment but I provided a link to my blog post thoroughly refuting this claim. My comment was between Elida Mulford and Kate Anderson at the bottom. Note how ridiculous Kate’s comment is in response to a slew of scientific proof they’re lying: “I think women often lie about their past sins. Theirs no way to be sure their breast cancer isn’t due to their promiscous behavior.” Uh-huh.

Next was this thread:

I don’t have a screenshot, but I again posted the link to my blog refuting this erroneous claim. It’s gone.

How nice of you antis for erasing the truth from your page in favor of keeping your supporters clueless and misinformed. Ask yourselves why you have to blatantly lie to make this politically motivated decision palatable.

Because you value a fetus over me. You would rather I had no control over my body. Even thinking about abortion being illegal…I feel physically restrained.

And I’m scared. I’m scared for my life, and I’m scared for others’ lives. Because if I wanted an abortion, I would find a way to get one, even if that meant risking my own life.

Of course, none of this seems to matter to you. You only care about the fetus. You never stop to think about how your actions impact on other people - you know, people like me, who are born and sentient, who have dreams and emotions and friends and families. And don’t say you love me and want to support me, because you don’t. You want to treat me as an incubator, and nothing more.

I am scared for my life and I want to cry and scream at the world because I find it utterly degrading that you people could even consider taking my reproductive rights away from me.

This is why I am pro-choice.

Because I am scared of what will happen if I do nothing and if you win. I can never let this happen.

A life without control over my own body is no life at all.

This. What too many people don’t understand is that being alive is worthless if you aren’t allowed the basic right to determine how and when your body is utilized, and by whom.

No, no no NO. You don’t get to say shit like this @remadebyhisgrace. Did you happen to miss the part where the girl was fucking raped by a family member? How about the part where she was so young her body was not physically capable of giving birth? There have been 5 year olds that menstruate and are capable of getting pregnant. That doesn’t mean that they should or that they’ll survive. How dare you be so glib about something like this.
